By subscribing to or using Colossian ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Upon payment of the monthly subscription fee, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on one Mac computer. This license is conditioned on your subscription remaining active.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
Colossian is a software tool. It does not provide investment advice, and nothing in the Software or on this website constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using the Software.
Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Use the Software only if you understand and accept these risks.

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of data, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colossian and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.

When you subscribe, Stripe collects your email address and payment information on our behalf. We receive your email address to deliver your license key. We do not collect or store your name, address, or payment card details.
Colossian runs locally on your machine. We have no access to your Schwab credentials, account balances, trade history, or any other personal financial information. None of this data is ever transmitted to our servers.
When you launch Colossian, the app sends your license key to our license server to confirm it is valid. No other data is sent. This check requires an internet connection; a 3-day grace period applies if the server is unreachable.
This website does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party cookies. Stripe may set cookies on the checkout page as part of payment processing.
We retain your email address and license key for as long as your subscription is active, or as required to resolve disputes. You may request deletion by emailing greg@colossian.app.
